The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase is to regulate the purchase of products offered in the online store www.bevarac.com

By accessing our website, the customer agrees to respect the Terms and Conditions as well as the rules of use contained therein. These Terms and Conditions, together with the order confirmation, constitute the contract between Varac and the customer for the supply of products.

It will be understood that the Customer agrees with the general conditions provided in this text, from the moment that he accepts that he has read and agrees with these Terms and Conditions when finalizing the order.

The minimum age to make an online purchase in Varac is 18 years old.

Payments

Credict Card

Payments made by card are completely safe and are made by the bank that manages them. The data provided circulate in a completely encrypted manner and no data is stored on our servers, so the payment is 100% secure.

The Virtual POS is the safest system for the use of credit cards on the Internet. Orders

When placing an order, the customer must fill out an online form with his personal data in order to correctly deliver the purchased products.

Price and Product Information

The prices shown on www.bevarac.com are final prices including VAT.

The price and conditions of sale may vary, but the price and conditions in force at the time of the order will always prevail for the customer, unless it is a system error or an obvious typographical error, in which case the customer will be informed.

Always try to give a detailed description of the characteristics of the products through text and photographs of them.

Shipping information

VARAC is committed to delivering the purchased products in perfect condition to the delivery address. Before finalizing the order, the shipping costs will be shown.

Delivery will be made to the address designated by the Customer. In case of absence of the same one, the company of courier service will leave a notice with the instructions to request a new delivery. For the purposes of these Conditions, the "delivery" is considered to have taken place at the time of signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

The conditions of shipment and choice of courier company, may be varied at any time, provided that they are not detrimental to the Customer.

Customer Communications

Applicable regulations require that some of the information or communications we send you be in writing. By using this online store, you agree that we may exchange electronic communications. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on the online store. For contractual purposes, you agree that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we communicate to you by the above means meet legal requirements comparable to written documents. This condition will not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Policy

We prepare orders Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

The costs and delivery times are as follows:

All the products offered in www.bevarac.com will be available for purchase, if not, the unavailability of such product will be notified on the web. In the event of an error and purchase a product that is not in stock at that time, we will contact the Customer to inform you and you may decide whether to maintain the order by changing the delivery times, change these products for other similar or cancel all or part of the order.The shipments will be made within the time limit after verification of payment and provided that the selected item is available. Varac will not be responsible for any customs charges that may be incurred by an international shipment. In this case, the customer assumes the customs costs at his own expense, apart from the cost of the shipment.

VARAC is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders due to causes beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

No money will be returned in either case. 

Returns will be accepted in the following cases, within a period not exceeding 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product:

  1. Rings.
  2. Belts.
  3. Necklaces.
  4. Wallets. 

Once Varac receives the product that you have selected to make the return and after verifying that it has arrived to our offices in good condition, we will proceed to generate a code that we will send you by e-mail and that you will also have in your Varac Customer Account (in the section of Discount Coupons) for the same amount that was paid for the product for which the change has been made. 

*EarringsClimbers and Ear Cuffs do not allow changes for hygiene reasons.

*In the case of the Events Earrings, the deadline for returning these products, for reasons of hygiene, is a maximum of 48 hours from the time the product is received. 

The customer is responsible for the product until it reaches us and will pay both the cost of shipping the product to us, and the new shipment that we will make using the code generated by the return of product. 

When returning a product, it must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging (as well as with any accessories that accompanied it). VARAC reserves the right not to accept the return of a product that is returned in poor condition.

  • How I get the product to be returned to Varac´s Offices

Varac is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To send us the product to be returned, you can do it with any courier company with which you decide to send it. 

  • How I make a return

To return a product, you must go to your customer account and within it you will see the section History and Details of My Orders. Here you will see a list of the orders placed and the status of these. Once you locate the order reference where the item to be returned is located, click on Data (it is located on the right side of the row of the desired order reference). 

Once inside, you must indicate the product or products to return within the Product box and then write the reason for return and click on Request Return. Once Varac accepts the return, you will receive an e-mail (it can take between 24-48h), so you can access your Customer Account in the section Goods Returns and print the return form. On this form you will find the address to which the package should be sent and the instructions to follow (in the "Conditions" box). This form must be sent together with the return of the product. It is important that you include this sheet in order to correctly identify the return. In case the form is not included, we will not be able to generate the coupon with the money of the returned product since we will not be able to identify the customer reference.

Once we receive the product, if it is in perfect condition we will accept the return and generate the coupon with the code. Varac reserves the right to deny the return of the product in case the product does not come in optimal conditions. 

The generated code will be sent to you by e-mail and you will also have it in the corresponding section of your Customer Account. This code will be for the value of the price paid for the returned product. To use it, you must make a purchase and at the time of paying in the cart you must indicate that you have a promotional code before going to the checkout. Once you enter it, the amount of that code will be deducted from the total price of the purchase you are going to make. The code must be used for a purchase equal or superior to the amount returned, it has no expiration date and it is for one sole use.

Guarantee

Our responsibility will apply to those cases in which there is a manufacturing defect, and will not apply due to misuse or natural wear of the product. VARAC's customer service team will study each case in detail.

IMPORTANT: It is not understood by factory failures or lack of quality the loss of the gold bath due to the use of the jewel. The speed of the loss of the bath will depend on different factors such as perspiration, excessive contact of the product with water, the use of cologne creams or the use of chemical products on the skin, as well as the care and conservation of the product or the pH of the skin of each person.
